About

I have lived in Duluth all my life, and I love it! I am an active person who loves hiking, bicycling, and swimming in the big lake. I just recently returned from a longer backpacking trip on the Superior Hiking Trail, hiking the top end of the trail (Otter Lake to Grand Marais), then from Two Harbors to my home here in Duluth. What an amazing, beautiful, and refreshing journey! I am active with the local theater scene, and I also teach and take dance classes. I recently tried my hand in choreography, and I really like it! I believe my interest in many things athletic allows me to relate that much more with my clientele, experiencing firsthand what gets sore in certain activities. I will say, this is not limited to active activities! I worked a desk job for many years, and definitely experienced many of the sore spots that comes along with that. I think that my variety of job titles has all been leading me up to now, where I am at a place to be able to relate to many people's aches and pains (and how to break free of them) from a personal level. :)

I received my training at Lake Superior College here in Duluth, and graduated with honors with 625+ hours of training in 2013. Certified in Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, Lymphatic, Geriatric, Rotator Cuff Protocol, and Craniosacral Levels 1-3. I believe education never stops, and I am currently signed up to take the MELT Method Hand & Foot training in New York this coming summer 2017!

I have a very intutitive approach. I love working with each client and their individual goals to create a personalized session each time. I have a very rhythmic flow, and have consistent pressure that can vary between gentle to very firm, based on each client's individual needs. I feel so honored to be able to share this gift with my clients. It's such a joy to see someone walk out feeling better -- whether that is physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually...or all of the above! It's truly an amazing feeling to know that I am able to help facilitate that result. On the other hand, being a bodyworker helps me to grow and learn from each client, and that is something that I truly cherish.

It is my privilege to provide a relaxing, safe, therapeutic space that is free of judgement.
All are welcome.
